COURSE OVERVIEW
Often the most difficult part of becoming a gas engineer is obtaining practical, on the job working experience building a ‘portfolio of works’. As part of our full gas engineer training package you a guaranteed a Portfolio work placement. You will work under the supervision and guidance of a fully qualified gas engineer on ‘live’ jobs. A variety of jobs will need to be completed, photographic evidence obtained, and documentation completed in this manner.
The Portfolio is an essential step in the process and needs to be completed prior to completing the any ACS Assessment and Examinations. The most important part of the gas training process is building up a portfolio of evidence. You cannot sit your final ACS assessments without a portfolio of evidence and this can only be gathered by working alongside a Gas Safe registered engineer.
